————————————-Ingredients———————————–

For the Chicken Marinade:

500g boneless chicken, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil

For the Cheese Filling:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or coriander (optional)

For the Roll:

4 large tortillas or flatbreads
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Hot sauce or salsa (optional)
——————————————-Instructions———————————

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and oil. Mix well, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Cook the Chicken: eat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken until it’s fully cooked and slightly charred on the edges. Set aside.
Prepare the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella and grated cheddar cheese. Add chopped parsley or coriander if desired.
Assemble the Rolls: Warm the tortillas or flatbreads in a pan or microwave.
Lay out each tortilla and place a portion of the cooked chicken in the center.
Sprinkle a generous amount of the cheese filling over the chicken.
Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onions on top.
Drizzle mayonnaise over the filling and add hot sauce or salsa if you like it spicy.
Roll and Serve: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a secure wrap.
If desired, you can heat the assembled rolls in a pan for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve Warm: Slice the rolled wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately while the cheese is gooey and the chicken is still warm.
Enjoy your delicious chicken and cheese rolls! Feel free to customize the recipe by adding your favorite veggies or sauces.
